Yes, we can install all types of timber floor on all subfloor types, we can do it either floating on underlay or direct stick on the subfloor

We can change the floor color to a darker color using a solvent based color stains, also we can change the floor color to a lighter color using Lime Wash color stains which can change the floor to even a grey color which is very popular these days, the floor will need a deep sanding first to a bare timber before applying the preferred stain color.
